For our CSR activities, we were awarded first place<\/strong> in the category of companies with up to 50 employees<\/strong>, which is one place better than last year<\/a>.<\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u201cThis success is a symbolic confirmation of our long-term commitment to responsible business and sustainable development. We would like to use it to inspire other small businesses to follow the same path,\u201d<\/em> says co-owner Luk\u00e1\u0161 Ut\u00edkal<\/strong> about the award.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is not only about financial support and formal numbers, it\u2019s about showing how our attitudes and everyday decisions affect our community,\u201d<\/em> adds the second owner, V\u00e1clav Bal\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, pointing out that it\u2019s good to remember that every business can be successful and responsible at the same time.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The competition was held for the fourth time, under the auspices of the Olomouc Region<\/strong>; the award ceremony took place on Tuesday 10 September 2024 in the Olomouc Fortress of Knowledge. \u201cTo be socially responsible<\/em>, not only in your business but also towards your surroundings, is one of the key topics of the 21st century. The aim of this competition is <\/em>to appreciate and thank all those who go the extra mile and do more than what is required by law,\u201d<\/em> is what Jan \u0160afa\u0159\u00edk, Deputy Governor for Regional Development<\/strong>, said about the competition.<\/p>\n

\"\"This prestigious award is open to entrepreneurs, companies, municipalities, schools, and educational institutions, as well as non-profit organisations. Self-assessment reports<\/strong>, which were evaluated by managers from the Czech Board of Quality<\/a>, served as the basis for the competition.<\/p>\n
