We are making our services more accessible

The online era: most translation jobs are done online – it is faster, more efficient and often more cost effective. Fewer and fewer customers are bringing documents for translation in person.

For this reason, we have decided to close all of our offices apart from the Prague branch as of 1 December 2024

What exactly does this mean for you?

In view of the changing needs of our customers and the rapidly growing trend towards digitalization, we have decided not to continue using the premises of our offices in Brno, Olomouc, Ostrava and Plzeň. Both a survey among our customers and our experience have shown us that personal meetings at our offices is something that fewer and fewer of you actually require. If you have a choice, you prefer online communication to visiting our offices. And we certainly understand.

“This allows us to focus fully on providing quality online services with greater flexibility and accessibility,” explains Václav Baláček, one of the owners of České překlady. He also adds: “Our goal is to follow modern trends and continue to offer you the best language services using the most advanced technologies. We believe this will enable us to respond to your needs more swiftly and efficiently, no matter where you are.”

In connection with the closure of our offices outside of Prague, we will continue to use only one postal and delivery address in Prague, where the headquarters of České překlady are located. The phone number and e-mail address remain unchanged. Our office in Prague is open as always…

As of 1 December 2024:

Postal and delivery address: Spálená 108/51, 110 00 Prague 1

Phone: +420 221 490 444

E-mail: zakazky@ceskepreklady.cz

You can also contact us via social networks or a chatbot on our website.
Thank you, and we look forward to working with you again in the future.
