We can also provide you with translations in language combinations not including Czech – send us any text that needs to be translated. We can translate practically anything and we do not charge extra for translations in specialised fields.
You will know the final price before you place your purchase order. For standard translations, we charge based on the number of words in the original text, or source words. This allows us to offer attractive discounts on all repeating texts. As the volumes of translated texts increase,the discount tends to be bigger and bigger.
We make sure to always meet delivery deadlines. We can translate up to 7,500 words (30 standard pages) in 3 working days at standard rates. Express translations are our strong point, we can deliver in less than 24 hours. Don’t be afraid to ask, we can do more than you think.
In the long run, you cannot tell who translated your texts and when. A translation made in 2019 will use the same terminology as a translation delivered in 2022. The consistency is based on the use of a translation memory and glossary, which we create for you automatically and free of charge with your first translation assignment.
The project included more than 13,000 words, but thanks to the use of a translation memory, the client only paid for 11,000. How is it possible? We used a translation memory that stored previous translations that we made for this client in the past. This speeded up our translation and helped us reduce the price.

We support all common file formats (MS Office, Open Office, Google Docs, or HTML). We also accept formats used by professional graphics software (Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker and more).
You can also submit your texts for translation in PDF, however, we prefer editable versions.
Yes, any additional reference materials are welcome.
Supplementary materials include previous translations and their originals (in order to create a translation memory), an existing company glossary, and/or the contact details of someone we can consult about the terminology used.
Clients can choose from two options: standard or express translations.
Standard translations usually take 3 business days (may take longer for lengthier texts).
Express translations can be delivered as soon as possible: within a few hours, within 24 hours, within 48 hours, etc. There is a higher fee for express translations. Click here for details.
Yes, our internal QA procedure is applied to all translation jobs by default and included in the price.
The first check is performed by an experienced translator (different from the original employee who translated the document), who looks specifically at content and style. The second check is run by our project managers and focuses on spelling, use of numbers, text formatting, etc.
Additional checks are also performed on our server (a so-called QA check) as part of the quality assurance process.
Quality Assurance is a set of checks focusing on the accuracy of a translation.

There are about 40 of these checks in total. These are not necessarily errors; the tool simply warns the translator of what it considers problematic, and it is then up to the translator to review the warnings, and make corrections where applicable.
