This is the third year we have worked with České překlady s.r.o. and we have always been extremely satisfied. So far, we have ‘only’ needed translations into English, but of highly technical texts dealing with transport and the environment. The quality of the agency’s work has always been very professional, as evidenced by the smooth acceptance of these materials in discussions at the European Commission. When we were using translations from other language service providers, our discussions were fraught with misunderstanding; the terminology in our documents was not unified and technical terms were often translated incorrectly. Since we have started using the services of České překlady, all of these problems have disappeared. The agency also offers favourable prices, because it does not charge by the number of pages, but by the actual length of the original text (i.e., the number of words). This ensures that we only pay for the text being translated, and not irrelevant pages (with pictures, charts etc.). The company also created a special translation memory for us, which makes it possible to provide discounts for repeated words. The more we translate, the more we save. But quality and price are not the only benefits of this company. The short delivery times are also a unique bonus. Our translations are usually ready within three days, or five at most for longer texts. While we have not yet ever needed more urgent translations, we’re sure the agency would be able to provide that as well. Also, the employees (by phone or e-mail) are always kind, friendly, and helpful, which is also highly appreciated.
