Medical and pharmaceutical translations

Pharmaceutical and medical translations always have to meet the strictest criteria,
because any mistake could have fatal consequences.

We most frequently translate medical reports and assessments, informed consent forms, scientific studies, package inserts, clinical trials, patient questionnaires, safety data sheets, and toxicological studies, as well as websites or e-shops with cosmetics and medical supplies. Over the years, we have worked with virtually all types of texts from doctors’ surgeries, pharmacies, laboratories, medical faculties, or scientific conferences.

Thanks to our expertise, we are now the trusted language partner for many hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, manufacturers of medical devices and medicines, charities, and spas.

Certified quality and expertise

We are the holders of the prestigious ISO 17100:2015 quality certificate and a certificate according to EN ISO 9001:2015. We apply strict criteria to the selection of the translators and proofreaders we work with. We are well aware of how important it is to get a technical translation factually correct. We guarantee that we will choose a translator with the necessary specialisation and expertise.

We adhere to the required terminology and reference standards or regulations

From experience, we know that medical and pharmaceutical documentation must be translated professionally and in accordance with all applicable standards (e.g. ISO 17100), directives, or regulations (e.g. Regulation (EU) 2017/745 or (EU) 2017/746). If you provide us with the relevant standard, we will ensure that the translation we deliver respects all the terminological and stylistic criteria.

We work with term bases

Rest assured that we will never translate the same medical term inconsistently three times, even if you ask us to translate different documents at different times.

If you have your own terminology that needs to be followed in the translation, we will take care of that as well. If you don’t have one, we will automatically create a term base for you at no additional cost to ensure that all your translations are terminologically consistent.

We guarantee that the graphic formatting matches the original and we work with virtually any file format

We can translate up to 50 source file formats. Our preference is to work with exported or source files, and for good reason: this ensures that the resulting translation is graphically identical to the original document. Whatever format you provide us with, we will process it and deliver the translation back to you in the same format.

We’re ready to translate your text into a multitude of languages

In healthcare, our clients most often request specialised translations from English into Czech and vice versa, or between other foreign languages, such as German or French into English. We also do translations of medical texts from/into Slovak, Polish, Ukrainian, and many other languages. We translate in all language combinations, including certified translations. We can also translate into several languages at once. We will be happy to become your exclusive supplier for all world languages.

Fair pricing with no unpleasant surprises

Remember: you will know the final price before you place your purchase order. In medical and pharmaceutical translations, texts often repeat. Such repetitive texts are discounted, and the discount increases with each subsequent order, as we translate more and more texts for you. On average, our largest clients save around 30% on translation costs.

Absolutely! If you have documents that are already translated and you are OK with the quality of the translations, we can make efficient use of them. All we need is both language versions, ideally in the same format. From these, we will create a translation memory for you free of charge. Repeated text will then be discounted, and the discount will grow with each subsequent order, proportional to the volume of translated text.
