Absolutely! If your documents are already translated and meet your quality standards, they can be put to efficient use. Simply provide both language versions, preferably in the same format, and a translation memory will be created for you free of charge. Repeated text will be discounted, with savings increasing on each subsequent order, proportional to the volume of translated content.
You have a document, perhaps a software user guide, with screenshots in it. Before starting the translation, we need to agree on whether or how these visuals will be translated. The important question is whether your software is localised. If it is, we need you to provide us with the terminology used to maintain consistency. This includes, for example, translations of button labels, etc. If you prefer to retain your terminology, we typically deliver the translations as a legend, enabling users to understand the meaning while seeing exactly how the terms appear in the user interface.
