How can I pay for the translation?

Individuals

If you are ordering a translation as an individual (not on behalf of a registered company), we will require payment in advance. This can be done in one of the following ways:

  • Online card payment via payment gateway

We prefer this method of payment as the transfer takes immediate effect. Thus we don’t have to wait for anything and we can start translating immediately. As soon as you agree to our quote, we will send you a link to the payment gateway. After the payment is made, both parties will receive an email confirming the successful transaction.

  • Bank transfer

If you cannot pay for the translation online, we will send you an invoice for a bank transfer. Do not forget to include the variable symbol from the invoice; it will help us to identify the payment correctly. As soon as we receive confirmation of the bank transfer, we will start working on your translation.

  • Using a payment card at our office in Prague

This method can be used when ordering a translation in person at our Prague office.

Corporate clients

If you are ordering a translation as a company (ID), we will usually issue you an invoice with a 14-day maturity after the translation is delivered. However, you can pay for your translation using any of the methods described above for individual customers. In exceptional cases, we may also ask you to pay a deposit. We would always inform you about this before we start translating.
